Tequila Sauza extra 1L
Tequila Sauza extra was produced in honor of its creator — Don Cenobio Sauza in 1858. The basis for the drink is the juice of blue agave. Don Cenobio himself has started the production of tequila. The amazing thing is that the plant of blue agave blooms only once and the maturation itself takes about 9 years. Exactly for the duration of this period it accumulates a lot of sugar and starch. When the plant is matured, the leaves are cut off and thrown away and the very bulb, in the size of 50 kg., is put in the oven to get baked for a few days. Then it is cut, the juice is squeezed out and mixed with sugar and water and then, using special yeast, the juice is poured into the barrels. During the 4 days braga grows stronger from 12 to 55%. That’s how this drink gets a unique strong taste. It has a rich flavor of caramel and is famous for a memorable smack.
