Duty free is the system of sales at retail outlets that are exempt from the payment of certain local or national taxes and duties, allowing to reduce the price of the featured goods. According to the Eurasian Customs Union Customs Code (the Republic of Belarus is a member of the EAEU), goods cannot be imported to the domestic market and can be sold exclusively to those customers, who are leaving the territory of the Eurasian Customs Union (passengers, departing from the Republic of Belarus and travelling to a destination other than Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia).
To purchase items in Duty Free you need to be passenger, leaving the territory of the EAEU, in this case before departure you can get to a duty-free zone. Travellers, heading for Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, are not able to shop in duty free.

Using the service, prior to departure, you can obtain relevant and comprehensive information, concerning the price and availability of the goods in "Belamarket Helen&Valery" store, as well as place a pre-order for the required goods at a discount of 7%.
A pre-order at mydutyfree.net allows you to plan your purchase in duty-free in advance, get a discount and save your time at the border checkpoint.
Choose goods you’d like to buy, enter the approximate time when you’ll arrive at the checkpoint, and place your preorder. The information about your pre-order will be forwarded to staff in "Belamarket Helen&Valery" shop. By the time you arrive in the shop, your order will have already been put together for you.
Payment is carried out at the shop.
In order to place a pre-order, registration at mydutyfree.net is required. This will allow you to view order history, create a wishlist and cancel orders. You can register using your social network accounts, such as Google+ or Facebook.
To make a pre-order at our website, you need to select items from the list available and press the "Add-to-Cart" button. Having added items to your cart, place a pre-order. To do so, go to your cart, enter your name, approximate time of arrival at a border checkpoint and click the "Checkout" button. Information about your order will be sent to your e-mail address.
You can cancel your order through your personal account. You can also contact our customer support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to add items or refuse from certain items in your order, tell the cashier directly in the store. For the goods that you add to the order in the store at the checkpoint the discount is applied.
Deadline for making a pre-order is 1 hour before you depart out of the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus. In order to receive personal service and a discount for your purchase, you need to make a preliminary choice no later than this deadline. The maximum period for placing a pre-order is 14 days.
You can pick up your order in "Belamarket Helen&Valery" store at a border checkpoint. Apply to the cashier at MyDutyFree pickup point. To be able to collect your order you need to tell your name or order number.
Payment is made at MyDutyFree pickup point after you have checked items in your purchase. You can pay for your purchase in Euros, US dollars, Belarusian rubles, Russian rubles. The store accepts Euro coins and Belarusian ruble coins for payment. The store also accepts cards of the following payment systems: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Mydutyfree.net provides 7% discount on all goods displayed on the site, except promotional items and items that are marked "No Discount."
Currently partner discounts are not available for shops at border checkpoints.
In general, there are no restrictions relating to the sale of items in duty free stores. However, you should take into account that the country you are leaving for may have import restriction on specified goods - primarily, alcohol and tobacco. Please, learn importation rules of the country you are flying to before placing a pre-order.
